The Garden Lodge is located in one of the most visited National Parks in Botswana, the Chobe National Park. With an emphasis on offering personal service to a small number of guests, this Botswana lodge only has 24 beds compared to some of the lodges which have up to 100 beds.
There are 8 rooms, four sleeping 4 guests each and four sleeping 2 each. Guest facilities at this Botswana lodge include an upstairs lounge, an outside lounge by the swimming pool and an outside boma under a huge Acacia tree. This allows for many relaxation and dining areas.
The kitchen staff caters for all dietary requirements and is run at a very high standard offering 3 meals a day, snacks at any time and tea / coffee / cake before the afternoon wildlife activity. During meal times, you can sit down with your hosts and chat and laugh over the activities and wildlife sightings of the day.
All activities are conducted in the way expected on a Botswana safari. For game drives, the lodge utilizes Toyota Landcruisers and for boat cruises there are 2 aluminium boats. Fishing trips are conducted in a fibre glass boat and mokoro trips are done in dug-out canoes.
