Motsentsela Tree Lodge's main thatched complex consists of a bar, lounge, entrance hall and dining room, lots of space, stylish furnishings, and large windows. Off to one side is a swimming pool, surrounded by a stunning teak deck. Behind this Botswana lodge is a very unique guest toilet.
There are 7 spacious Meru style tents, each with en-suite toilet facilities. Are you looking for a romantic getaway? Then you have found the place, as Motsentsela also has 2 Honeymoon cottages. The cottages are thatched with a unique outside shower set looking out onto the forest. Another feature is an en-suite large circular bath with stunning views.
The front of Motsentsela Tree Lodge is bordered by a large teak deck, which surrounds 2 large trees: a Leadwood and a Bird plum, from which the lodge derived its Setswana name.

The Kudu is largely a nocturnal animal, resting in the shade during the heat of the day. It feeds on leaves and shoots of a large variety of plants, including many usually rejected by other herbivores because of an unpleasant taste.
